Once you find the right property, we’ll review comparable sales and the asking price. Then, we’ll develop an offer strategy based on your goals and current market conditions.
Before you make a decision, I’ll explain the purchase contract, contingencies, earnest money, and negotiation process. This way, you’ll understand your options and feel prepared to move forward.
Step 5: Navigate Inspections and Closing
After the seller accepts your offer, we’ll begin working toward closing. I’ll help you manage inspections, due diligence, financing, and escrow.
Throughout this stage, we’ll track important deadlines and coordinate with the professionals involved. I’ll also help address questions as they arise.
If you’re using a mortgage, stay in contact with your lender until closing. Before making major financial changes, check with your lender first. Such changes could affect your loan approval.
Step 6: Settle Into Your New Home
As closing approaches, I’ll help you prepare for the move. When needed, I can also connect you with helpful local resources.
